Chief Intern Coordinator (Intern)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual for the role of Chief Intern Coordinator (Intern). This internship is designed for someone with a strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and the ability to manage and support a dynamic team of interns.

The selected candidate will act as the central point of coordination for all internship activities across departments, ensuring streamlined communication, task tracking, and timely output delivery. This role offers exposure to operational management in a startup environment and the opportunity to take on leadership-level responsibilities within a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between interns and the core team.
• Maintain and regularly update intern task trackers and schedules.
• Oversee onboarding, engagement, and offboarding processes for interns.
• Monitor the progress and quality of deliverables submitted by interns.
• Ensure deadlines are met and support interns in resolving operational queries.
• Prepare weekly reports summarizing intern performance and key updates.
• Assist in maintaining clear documentation and communication systems.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, Law, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, especially in team or peer settings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Google Docs, and email for coordination.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle a fast-paced environment.
