EA- Team Operations & Content Manager

As an EA- Team Operations & Content Manager, you'll be responsible for the complete program management of ongoing research internships, content tracking, Team coordination, internal documentation, social media content uploads, and structured knowledge management. This is a dynamic, high-ownership role with significant impact.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant – Operations & Digital Systems to support the backend operations, documentation, and digital platforms of a fast-paced, multi-vertical startup. This is not a traditional EA role — it demands ownership, tech fluency, and the ability to independently manage systems and processes across multiple teams.

You will play a key role in ensuring everything behind the scenes — from LMS uploads to drive structures — runs seamlessly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, loves tools, and thrives in a systems-driven environment.
